Pavilion is indeed a very successful urban development that escalated Bukit Bintang status as a world-class urban centre. Just as soon as the project completed, it has captured many major brands to open their flagship stores in the retail podium. Not only that, the residences are among the most exclusive in the country, which priced at about RM1,000 psf.

However, traffic congestion at the roads surrounding Pavilion is notorious and unbearable during peak hours. The congested roads include Jalan Raja Chulan, Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Imbi. Perhaps, Monorail and LRT are the best way to commute to Pavilion Tower.
